Right now

Seven dashboards. Seven sets of rules. One mistake can cost an account.

"How much can I safely make today?"
It depends on drawdown room, consistency headroom, remaining target, and your own limits — per account. So traders guess.
"Which account is closest to breach?"
Trailing floors move every day. Your copier doesn't know where they are. You find out when the firm liquidates you.
"When can I request a payout?"
One big green day quietly moves your payout requirement further away — and nothing tells you until withdrawal time.
The answer

The desk tells you what to do — per account, live.

Trade these accounts. Skip that one.

Every morning, each account gets a verdict computed from its own rules and its own condition — with the reason named. Not a dashboard to interpret. An answer.

  • Goal per account, and which constraint set it
  • Amber before a line is crossed — never after
  • "Show the math" behind every number that matters

For your reference only — PropPilot computes these numbers but doesn't enforce them. Only your firm's own limits can stop an order.
Live consistency tracker

Consistency, tracked live — and Pilot shows the number that can be your new goal.

The desk recomputes your consistency-safe number as every trade books — on every account at once, while you trade, so there's no mental math across a stack of accounts. When today is running under or over that line, Pilot shows the number, and one click makes it your daily goal — so a good day never quietly becomes the day that blocks your payout.

A session on the desk

What a morning actually looks like.

08:30

Morning briefing

Two accounts are locked out from yesterday — the desk says when they clear. The rest are armed with a portfolio goal of +$3,410, each account's share named by the constraint that set it.

09:15

Execution

You buy 3 NQ on your leader — the way you always trade. PropPilot routes it to every follower, sized per account, stops mirrored from each account's own fill, and reconciles every fill against the leader.

One account gets tight

A Lucid account nears its trailing floor. The desk stops copying to that one account while the others continue. Nothing is closed without you — the row goes amber and states the dollar room left.

Kill switch. Copy groups. A breached account flagged, a 29% day against a 20% rule in red, and the exact dollar room left before every floor.

Inside the app

Every tab, and what it does for you.

Command Center
Your morning starts here: today's rules, each account's goal with the constraint that set it, the next market event counted down, and one button that arms the whole day.
Live Trading
The copy engine. Leader and followers stacked, positions, day P&L, drawdown room and consistency updating live with every fill — pause, flatten or kill from one place.
Assistant
Ask Pilot about your own accounts and rules, answered from your actual numbers — never generic coaching. AI features switch on when the AI connection is configured; until then the desk says so instead of faking an answer.
Risk
Every account's floor, room, limits and locks in one table — with your own personal limits enforced on top of the firm's.
P&L
Calendar, ledger and payout tracking per account — including exactly what still blocks each payout, in plain English.
AI Journal
Every session graded from your own numbers — giveback, over-trading, discipline, each with its dollar cost. Write your note, and when AI is connected Pilot responds grounded in that day's actual trades.
What you get

Three answers, all day long.

Know what to trade
A goal per account, computed from its remaining target, drawdown room, consistency and your own limit — with the binding constraint named.
Know when to stop
Copying pauses at your target, suppresses tight accounts before a line is crossed, and never closes a position without you.
Know when you get paid
Payout eligibility per firm, checked live, with plain-English blockers: "one more trading day", "$2,240 more booked".
The journal

Turn every session into a lesson.

Most copiers end the day at a P&L number. PropPilot ends it with a review — and starts the next session with a plan.

A grade you can't sweet-talk
Every session gets a computed grade from your own numbers — giveback, over-trading, discipline, each tagged with its dollar cost. The AI explains the grade in plain English; it never hands it out.
Your note, Pilot's response
Write what happened in your own words. Pilot replies grounded in that session's actual trades and numbers — not generic coaching.
The next session starts tonight
The brief ends with a pattern to avoid and the next session's focus. One click adds it to the next session's plan — where it sits in the Command Center next to the rules you wrote yourself.
Breached accounts stay in the story
Other copiers drop a breached account like it never existed. Here every eval, reset and breach stays in your calendar, stats and ledger — labeled, with the trades that broke it — so failures become data you learn from.
The difference

Traditional copiers repeat the order. PropPilot understands the account receiving it.

A traditional copier

  • Mirrors fills from a leader to followers
  • Shows balance, position, P&L
  • Asks you to type in drawdown type, consistency %, and targets — per account
  • Knows nothing about payouts
  • On a phone: a sideways-scrolling table, with the numbers that keep accounts alive off-screen — and errors that scroll by in a ticker with no account and no next step

PropPilot

  • Mirrors fills — with brackets, per-account sizing, micro substitution, and every follower reconciled against the leader
  • Recognizes your program and applies the firm's rules — you confirm once, never data-enter
  • Computes your floor, safe day, consistency buffer, and payout requirement live, per account
  • Stops copying to an account before it crosses a line — and never closes a position without you
  • Shows exactly what's blocking each payout, in plain English
  • Reads like a card deck on your phone — drawdown room and consistency first, no sideways scrolling — running the same verdict logic as the desk, kept identical by automated checks
Why you can trust the numbers

Rules we can't break — because they're built in.

floor + room = balance

Identities, not estimates

Drawdown room is derived from the computed floor — the two cannot disagree. Every figure traces to one computation, with "show the math" on the ones that matter.

unknown → "—"

We refuse to guess

No micro cap on file? A dash, and substitution refuses. Rule unverified? Marked "assumed" until confirmed. A wrong number in this business costs accounts.

silence by default

When it talks, it matters

Healthy accounts show nothing. One line per account, only when there's a decision to make — so an alert still means something at 2 PM on a fast day.

advisory ≠ enforced

Honest about authority

PropPilot computes, warns, and pauses copying. Your firm's platform does the enforcing — and we never blur the two.

§

Designed for accounts you own

PropPilot copies trades between accounts owned and controlled by the same trader. No signal sharing, no copying other traders, no bot-driven entries — those aren't in the product and never will be. Each firm's copy-trading policy is shown before you connect, labeled by how it was verified. Firm policies differ by program and change over time; you remain responsible for confirming your firm's current policy, and PropPilot's job is making it easy to follow.
